Shipping
All pieces are subject to a shipping fee that varies per product.
Shipping times vary, and you’ll recieve tracking details once your order is on its way. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once an order is placed, we can’t cancel or change it.
We’re not responsible for customs fees, lost packages, or incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help track things down! If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs will apply.
Returns
Since every piece is handmade to order, we don’t currently accept returns. Ceramics are delicate, and shipping them back and forth isn’t ideal. That said, if there’s an issue with your order, get in touch, and we’ll work something out. Faulty or misdescribed items are eligible for a full refund. Sale items are final sale.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund back to your original payment method.
